Flea market find!!

I bought this at a flea market today for $5. Not sure exactly what it is but from a quick google search I know it's for temerature control. Any and all input would be appreciated. Any questions or more specifics please ask. I thought I could use this to control a water heater element but if not, it was only $5 and I know some of the parts can be used such as the pot and the heat sink.

From the supporting document it appears to be a lab grade thermostat power control unit, using a probe thermometer (missing i'm guessing). It offers some fun features like networkable potentiometer control, and multiple element control but... overall it doesn't appear that this would be a useful as a controller for distillation.

Just my two cents, could be wrong.

I figured as much but there's a lot of useful stuff in there that would carry over. There was another there with a lot more switches and gadgets. Looked like it could've been used to end the world or something! Interesting to say the least.

should make a great box for a controller, you can salvage lots of parts like the heat sink etc. Nice find, I certainly would have picked it up

No doubt! For 5 bucks I figured what the hell. The heat sink alone is worth that!
