anyone else ever tried to squeeze in a run and an AG bourbon mash into 3 1/2 hrs before someone important comes over??? I'm about to give it my best shot. wish me luck and tell stories of experiences you've had with this
This is kind of embarrassing but sometimes I like to smell my own backset

haha crazy bastard. I predict you'll still be steeping your corn in 3 hours, then get busy partying with your friends, and it will drop straight through mash temps and tomorrow you'll be cursing yourself as you stir that pot of goo constantly over fire trying to get it back to 146 to do your mash. :thumbup: :moresarcasm:

oh ye nay sayer. I think I'll have time to mash at 110 AND bring it up to 148 and put that effer to bed by 9:10, then pitch in the morning. boiler just got up to temp though so I may have to leave behind some tails... cutting it close!
