What went wrong???

From my understanding there is not enough Methanol produced in a home brew set up to make one go blind...let alone kill you.

Was not meant to be for human consumption. Reports are suggesting the stuff was being made to produce biodiesel. They are waiting for the 4th drinker to recover to ask how they came to actually mistake the stuff for drinkable spirits. They are saying he is very lucky to have survived but may have suffered permanent eye damage.

I think its buried in the files now....

i think i read they were drinking product saved to make biofuel with... so more than likely was methanol used in that process

Its a shame they only report on the negative before doing in depth research then don't do a follow up story stating "oh sorry it wasn't home brew spirits they were drinking,it was FUEL!!" Gota love the media.
