I'm making a 2" copper column for my sanke keg. The column will be approx 3' tall.
What size should make the Liebig in length and diameter. I was originally going to make it 36" long and the inside diameter was going to be 1/2" with an outside jacket of 3/4".
But someone said to get more product faster I should step up to 3/4" for the inside diameter and 1" diameter for the jacket. Keep the same length.
Any thoughts on this? Do either of these sizes going to make a difference?
Thank you.

I use a 1/2" inside a 1" gives 1/4" all the way around 3/4 doesn't leave much for water. There is a condenser size calculator in the home site under Calcs.

I used 1/2" inside 1" . 41" long just because I had a piece of copper that length and didn't want a bunch of short pieces cluttering the shop . Wrapped vapor tube with solid ground wire spiral to increase turbulance and soldered to enhance heat transfer . Hammered a piece of the same solid ground into a full length strip and twisted it into a gradual spiral . That went down the vapor tube to get more copper exposure and facilitate cooling .
