start on pot still

Post by cotton mouth Samson »

So ever since I finished my 3 " boka (that I still haven't been able to run yet because of time constraints) I've been wanting to build something else I've been wanting a simple pot still for doing stripping runs (and the occasional brandy) it also didn't hurt I had a bunch of extra materials laying around so I got started my lyne arm starts out 2" and reduces to 1/2"

So I've been sitters here looking at the above and I was thinking about condensers would it be an option to put back to back 90s at the end of the lyne arm to a liebig or even run the lyne arm horizontal to a 90 to a shotgun condenser

The reason for the back to back 90s would be to save space

+3 on the union or clamp, makes life easy handling the still too. A shot guns are good for space saving, they should be vertical for best results but work fine on a angle. Pretty easy to build too.
Here's to alcohol, the cause of, and solution to, all life's problems.
