Hi Everybody,
I have pursued this hobby for the last two years here in Bolivia where distillation of alcohol for personal use is totally legal. I am using a small copper pot still and have UJSSM going for many generations plus another couple of fermenters of whatever fruit is in season here. So far that includes: apples, mangos, bananas, apricots, pears, plums, blackberries, cherries, and cactus fruits. It is somewhat harder to find grains such as rye but maybe I will try to make a whiskey from quinoa which could be interesting.
I would like to say thank you very much for all the contributors on this site who have provided so much good and clear information to allow me to enjoy this hobby very much.
