I just strained a corn mash and have just the liquid..but just realized that I won't be able to distill it until saturday/sunday. will it keep?
I put it in the fermenter and sealed it so no more oxygen can get in, but it was straining for 24 hours so it definitely got oxygenized. i did not add anything to stop fermentation, it just stopped by itself and then I strained it.
I guess I'm worried that if there is any yeast, it will make more yeast or the wash will get vinagry or something.
