I stumbled onto a treasure trove of distilling data, column designs, and other what not's tonight in this Universities website. All of their documents are in PDF or MS Power Point and downloadable for the keeping. Its a server file located on the Universities website that holds the students online course materials for an undergrads degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in ethanol distillation. Have a look at the link provided and save for future reference. Enjoy.
