This could start a general discussion of the state of matters or just a sounding board of a generally crappy day that we all have to deal with BUT---this if is a topic to discuss of the normal or not, I thought I would open an new thread. I am certain I'm a FNG on the board---but WTH!!! I had an employee come to me today and say that a member of my staff had been "sleeping with his wife" Holy friggin crap. How do you deal with that sort of accusation??? I would look to some of the more experienced group of how to handle this.

I'm certain that Oprah does not monitor this board---or Dr. Phil, but I need real world advice to handle this situation!

Whew! Thats a toughy! Better go straight to Jerry Springer for that one. Maybe Steve will stay out of their way while they "work" it out. Maybe a mutual understanding amongst the four is in order, a divorce, an ass kicking, partner swap, mfm or mff, ff or whatever. Unless it impacts work productivity what can you do? Hey, dont laugh! I would tell him to keep work at work, and home at home. If his wife didn't get nailed at work, then there's nothing you can do about it. I'd tell him off the record, to beat the guy's ass, off company property, and find a good divorce lawyer.

now for the advice seek a good divorce lawyer, stay civil. & do exactly as your told by lawyer.

a friend of mine got the house & kids because his wife went ballistic, he stayed as calm as possible, she ended up getting arrested for stalking him, she also rammed his vehicle on the hiway with hers several times, he called police as it was happening, & they didnt arrest her for this believe it or not, she didnt get any money awarded because she made alot more than him, but lost her job after going to jail. she was cheating on him & he caught her, he got home from a trip early & saw her out with another guy & then hired a private detective from there he went to a good lawyer, & followed directions.

years ago I watched a coworker bring his buddy home for lunch and dinner every day . he was a regular at there house after a few months of walking in grabbing beers from the fridge . well lets just say he was comfortable with that so as time came around his buddy was soon checking out the wife and tapping it . meaning leave your work at work meaning co workers as well as work stress good luck

Grandpa always counsiled me that posts could rot off at any time in the fence line . The hole would remain and something would fill it . Just Nature . Idaknow His advice was imparted long before I married the first time . 14 yrs into a marriage and 4 kids on the ground and I caught my wife with a Methodist preacher after she had shut me off . I prolly wouldnt have been nearly as offended if she hadn't of shut me off .
