My 1st run.....success
1st run was a huge success. Pear wash. Taste is excellent.

My first and second and third went to the likker gods, and onto my drain field.

Came out 60 proof. A little lower than I wanted. I think I caught to much of the tails, but overall I'm very happy with this.

If "caught too much tails" means you collected in a single container, you can avoid this by collecting in many small jars. Then you can never have too many tails in your drinking stuff.

Yeah I would read up on cuts to avoid that in future runs. Good job!
