I was flipping the channel and came across the show. I need to check on demand or up coming shows and DVR it. They went into deatail on how they have been using the same yeast strain and backset for over a 100 years. They make there own charcoal on sight it takes 10 days for the destilled spirt to make its way from the top to the bottom.
