Double-duty still

Many like to post about a first successful ferment (or first all grain mash), or first still built/bought or first good run of the still. Tell us about all of these great times here.

Double-duty still

My first still. Plan to ask it to do double-duty as both a pot still and reflux. I think I may have overdone the condenser size a bit, but too much is better than too little. Will be running my first batch of AG Rye through it this weekend after several cleaning runs. My goal is to make plenty of tasty whiskey as well as the neutral stuff my wife prefers. Will run hose water through the condenser since it's barely 40 degrees just about year round. Will replace the boiler at some near future point as well since the cheap aluminum is definitely going to break quickly and someone will show up at my house and paddle me for using aluminum if I don't.
