Has anyone got a simular taste to mount gay rum. If so can you tel me how u achived it. Cheers

While I don't have an exact answer for your question Toddross, I can tell you that a lot of new hobby distillers are always looking for an exact recipe and procedure to make a commercial drink that they are familiar with. Once they get into the hobby and learn the process, they generally find themselves making better quality than store bought commercial product, and can no longer go back to it.

May I suggest you give one of the several rum recipes in the tried & true section a go, and you will be developing your own particular flavour of high quality rum
