My name is Bertus Engelbrecht, and I would like to introduce myself here.
I come from Cape Town, South Africa, and have bought myself a 25l Alembic Copper Pot Still, in the hopes of making brandies, fruit brandies and whiskeys for aging, but also looking at experimenting with lots of other types of drinks.
Although I have done a few runs in my still (wine, and beer), I am still pretty much a newbie and looking to learn a lot from this forum.
I have already read a lot and the info is amazing here!
If anyone has any specific tips on how to make brandy from real white grapes, that I bought, feel free
