Hey, new to the forums. Recently build my own still. have been brewing beer for a while now. Looking to try something new.

Yeah i can definitely post some pics of my still. I am looking to open up my own place soon actually. I have been brewing professionally for some time now. Also i run classes to teach other people how to make their own beer. So i am trying now to get a few solid recipes down for distilling. As well as i make my own wine. So im looking to do all 3 under one roof.
