I have recently been approved as an educator in wines and now need to teach students about distilling - it is supposed to be fairly basic, but I have always struggled with understanding distillation (pot/continuous & grains/fruits),and I'm hoping that someone can give me some "for dummies" pointers - maybe some simple diagrams and tools to help my students (and me!) understand the process - I am due to teach this part of the course on Tuesday next week (8th April) and am beginning to feel rather nervous. Any help GREATLY APPRECIATED!
