I've located a couple feet of 4" pipe for basically nothing.
Wont have my hands on it until tomorrow, so I'm not sure on thickness or total length yet, but its probably not long enough for a flute and I dont have the time to build one anyway.
Gonna make a massive stripping rig instead. Couple questions:
How do I make 45 and 90 degree turns without spending hundreds of dollars on 4" fittings? Go stainless? Make them out of thick sheet? Bend the 4" like this? http://www.artisan-distiller.net/phpBB3 ... 7&start=30" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" rel="nofollow

Using a 80-100k BTU gas burner, do you think a 2" shotgun (undecided on number and size of interior tubes) would knock it all down using a home water supply, or will I need a precondenser as well?
Lastly, would you connect to a keg using a 2"-4" reducer and standard sankey triclamp or cut out the top of the keg and upgrade to a true 4"? Any benefit to the latter?
