Clean between runs?

Hello all. Just a quick question. After my cleaning run and my sacrificial run then I can start my collection runs. After this do I need to do any cleaning runs? I'm running a simple pot still with a stainless pot and copper coil. Using flour paste to seal. I'm sure I will clean out my pot and the flour paste. But do I need to do anything to my copper? More cleaning runs or sac runs etc? Thanks. Matt
