Sampling

Post by crazyk78 »

Guys need your help. I can't remember where I read the best way to do taste sampling from your run. Was it centre out either side or start, end alternating then moving toward centre.

Also would 40% or 30% be the best proof to sample at.

I taste most of my jars except the fores and first few heads, helps to hone in on the very best. Don't burn your buds with it too hot, dilute to your drinking preference %.

Thanks Bear. One thing I haven't done in a while is go back to that topic. I'll read it again.

And thanks SoMo. Good point not to burn too quick
