Using automatic controller for still keg

I have now cut all my holes for my still keg. 3 inch on the top for a tower, 2 x 2 inch to 1 inch for the heaters, and a 6 inch on the side to clean it out. The only hole I have left if for the temperature probe. I am wanting to do a controller with a temperature probe going into my still keg. Does anyone have a automated setup that they recommend? Does anyone have any advice on how to keep the thermocouple from leaking where it enters the still keg? Thanks for the advice.
