AC/DC and Rum?

Post by MichiganCornhusker »

So, I was just proudly sharing my newly learnt knowledge about how to make rum with a friend of mine. When I got to the part about dunder, she said "isn't that an AC/DC song?"
I say "huh?" and she says, "yeah, you know... Dun Der!"
So I start thinking maybe the beginning of Thunderstruck, "Dun Der!, na na na naa na na naa na, Dun Der!,..."
But, no, then she says "Dirty deeds, Dun Der cheap!"
I'd have posted this under jokes, but 'twas no joke.
I'll never hear those two songs the same again. :D
Shouting and shooting, I can't let them catch me...

When I first started reading, my first thought was "Dunder Struck" also.

"on or above this rung", that's pretty funny...
You have to admit, as Andy Capp pointed out, it is a great name for a rum!

:) might have to make a run of rum called dunder struck.
With a bit of light Photoshop this would make a fine label.

Just pulled 3 quarts of dunder out of the freezer to make Gen#2 Hook Rum.
...and have been singing dunderstruck the whole time. Wife joined in as soon as she smelled the opened containers.
My house smells like a rummery!
Yaaaay!
My Uncke Mo taught me how to make apple Jack when I was in 6th Grade.
