Is this solder safe?

Alpha F2y lead free solid wire 95% tin 5% Antimony 23955 is the product number. I have tried to research and coming up with nothing. Copper to copper application.

this is what I used and am quite happy:

SB61 Harris Stay Brite Silver Bearing Solder
She was just a moonshiner,
But he loved her Still
