50lb of Apples advice

I have 50 pounds of some really good green apples in the freezer. Never done an apple wash before and I know this isn't a lot of fruit to use. These were given to me by a friend out of state. What do you all recommend? I cant imagine there being enough juice in the apples alone to use.
