My First Dark Batch Mix

Post by Fermented1 »

Im experimenting with mixes again. Trying a dark mix. Molasses, dark brown sugar, Dark Corn Syrup, raisins, tomato paste and reg. cane sugar for the hell of it. Just started boiling the water to
add the ingredients to. Let ya all know how it comes out. :eugeek:

Dark Batch Update

Post by Fermented1 »

Well the time has come. Just got everything set up, filled and distilling. It smelled real good and strong when I was pouring it in. I will post the end results.

Sorr7, forgot to reply. Came out with good flavor. Kept the proof around 175, then saved my tails. Not bad. So on to new and different ideas.
