watermelon fermintation question

Post by no smoke »

I choped my melon up a 7 days ago.I put them in a bucket,in a room at about 65' they smell ok but they started to fermit on ther own.The time got away from me.I am thinking about still useing them still not sure .Do yall think I should just pitch them out ? Or squize and mash,boil.Then add sugar and all, and put in ferminter ??? Not sure if I should pitch um yet ??? They are not molded..YET...They were free kinda {they grew on ther own,trashed seeds and dirt}
If I do use ,should i still add yeast ??? I do not realy care if it taste like watermelon or is nuturel. I can fix that later..Any input would be great ?? Just some thoghts ???
