Hey Y'all

Post by Angry Miller »

I've been stalking the boards for a few months now, reading obsessively and finally would like to get in on some discussions. I've been doing this hobby for a couple of months with a little one gallon copper pot still. Very labor intensive, but worth it. Can't wail to upgrade to a PSII when I can afford it. I've completed 5 or 6 5gal batches. UJSSM, corn and barley, a brandy from all the old wine/boxed wine laying around, and doing an all sugar now. Everything has turned out great so far. Thanks for all the knowledge.

Welcome! You got a good start...if ya keep at it look for a larger rig. Gallon is too small to really get much fruit from ya labor. Listen up to these guy's...if ya need to know it it's here, just look around.

If you buy the govt will have your name. Why not build your own? There are some good designs here and buildable by most folks. Be patient and go slow. Welcome to the forum.

Definitely build. Cheaper and more satisfying.
No, officer, I wasn't distilling alcohol! It was probably that guy!
