Has anybody ever mashed "Scrap" doughnuts? I have a source, that has a doughnut shop and he throws out about 50 pounds of assorted ones per day.
ALL Kinds of them, Jelly, regular, Creme filled, Custard, Crullers, Chocolate...
I know I'd have to enzyme them, any idea how I could convert them to mash?
Any help would be GREAT, plus they're fried, so what about the oil / grease?
