I'm back.

Post by trthskr4 »

Been a while but I'm glad my account is still active. Haven't done a run in almost 6 years but stocks are getting low. Gonna be brushing up and cleaning out the cobwebs.

Modified Charles 803 w/ 50gal boiler, never ran so far.

the prodigal son returns! you must have had a shitload of inventory to pass 6 years resting on your laurels.

anything left that you want to give tastig notes on and make us a jealous?

i'e read a lot of posts from your era. there is new info and best practices that you may want to consider. I kinda chuckle when i read some advice from mentors now...and go back and check it against what they were doing six or 8 years ago!

Lol, I've got some UJSSM that I got my buddy hooked on. He ran out and so did I
. Now I get cussed at every time we talk because he's buying Johnny Walker black or blue label to replace it. Says $340 a bottle stuff is the closest he can find. It's gotten me a 6 figure job and multiple promotions I guarantee.

Wow, and I thought 6 months was a long time between runs. Just got my new fermentation area built then went on vacation + my stock was a bit high for hobby but when I get home on Sunday I am going to hit it full bore again.
