Thank you guys! Well, I have several stills but the 10 gallon alembic is by far my favorite.

As you run commercial, it don't matter to use your real name..others would use a alias.
I guess you are very familiar with ferments and running a potstill...we would be happy if you would share your experiance with the community.
So..you will find a bunch of helpfull people in here, that are united for one passion..distilling the best product.
