Some of my food experiments

Post by gotq4u »

Food has been my hobby for about 10 yrs or so, making sausage, cheese, and BBQ (also bbq pits) so I figured I would share some pics.

Here is a reverse flo cabinet smoker I built. forgive the Denver bronco colors as it was the customers request.

my best results: almost any bbq sauce + corn whiskey at a ratio of 3:1. apple brandy+ bbq sauce (same ratio).
Try your favourite dry rub, then rub sparingly xo brandy, wrap and let sit over night(did that with venesine tenderloin with herbs de Provence herbs)-was a big hit at a pot luck just a couple days ago.
truth is, a big reason i got in this hobby was to have spirits to cook with
...i guess im a lolly gagging house wife :shifty:

Besides the colour, you did a nice job there...
You made me feel sorry for myself, living in a appartment with no place for such things and loving food..!
With those handy skills, i am sure you could make a top notch still build.

That looks so damn delicious :)
One could imagine a state where shining is legal and the government is losing taxes, therefore moonshining is an illegal practice. It is perfectly safe the problem is greedy governments. Not health or poisonus shine as they claim!
