Hi All,
I started to give a UJ a shot. I made two batches of 5 gallons to ferment. Figured I could stager between them to keep things moving after the initial runs.
As things would have it, work is going to get in the way.
So I guess a back out plan is in order.
I was thinking that after running the these first two, saving everything, strip em.
Adding a little backset, fresh 1/3 or so corn and sugar back to each fermenter only adding a gallon of apple cider to each this time then topping off with water.
Tossing equal amounts of the saved from the first two back into each before running again.
Then make a decision to throw it all in together and run it one more time as a spirit run or not.
Anyone have any thoughts on a different direction?

you can lead a horse to water but it's hard as hell to drown it
