Brewhaus not reporting to TTB starting February 14th?

Brewhaus not reporting to TTB starting February 14th?

Forgive me if this is the wrong area to post this question but I saw a banner in red letters on the Brewhaus site home page a week or so ago stating that as of February 14th(?) they were no longer required to report info to the TTB. The banner is not there now. Was I hallucinating?
Old isn't a state of mind. It's what happens after awhile...

It was probably there. They were told that they could stop sending the biannual reports. They still have to keep all info on buyers for three years to give to the ttb upon request.

I also received email along with YouTube video of law changes from Mike Haney of HBS.
Email included actual ttb letter to HBS dated Feb 5, 2015.
