Re: its going to foam
I think any of those would work the same, but I have no experience with them. I've also read here that you could get by with not filling the boiler all the way and lower your start up heat. Good luck!

I fill my boiler to about the same capacity with all grains as the sugar heads and give it a good shot of the non-stick spray in a can. It has the oil to film the surface and most of them also list an anti-foaming agent on the label. All I know is when I started using it I haven't had a foam up issue. It takes very little and stays on the surface so you can use the dunder or backset for subsequent batches without taking any of it off the top.

I always put a sliver of butter in the boiler, even if foaming wouldn't have been an issue I can can tell people "Do ya notice that buttery feel? I distill it with butter!" Total bull probably that it adds any to the flavor, but everybody swears they can taste it!

Re: its going to foam
I just ran a rye single malt the other day with zero problems. I used some anti-forming agent I got from Mile Hi but also filled my boiler only half full and brought it up to heat very slowly. I'm not sure if these precautions alone would have prevented foaming without the anti-foaming stuff. I ran a barley single malt also and took no extra precautions and had no problems, but have read enough on rye mash foarming that I wanted to avoid problems.
Good luck

Glad it went well. Fermcap S can be found at any brew store, cheap and works great also.
