It was a birthday present. Tried it out and it works great. Cleaned it up a lil with a scotch brite.
give a man some drinks, and you will buzz him for a day. teach a man how to make drinks, and he will appreciate it, enjoy it, and save money for a lifetime.

It's too pretty to set on top a fire and distill in.
It will look better with black soot on the bottom, stains from mash running down the side.
And crusty flour and water from sealing it on the top.
Clean and pretty belongs on the inside, that requires constant use.

Yessir. Very happy with the upgrade. Been since Last time this year since I have been at it and this is a very good reason to do it more frequently. Thank you all for the compliments.

Yep, the stream coming outta that pipe looks like a scene from Moonshiners. Congratulation on acquiring a free still that I would give my left nut for.

Very pretty. Congratulations. But come on you know better than to use ice. Now you got a free still you should be able to get a bulkhead fitting for that bucket. That way you don't mess up the temp gradient. And again verry pretty piece of gear.

Very nice!! What did you run through it? Was that your 1st run with it? If so I hope it was after the initial cleaning run and sacrificial run.

Nothing wrong with your set up but with that still I would consider building a flake stand out of more traditional material just for the aesthetics!
