First tomato paste run..
Just a quick question
After my last Turbo run that stalled ,I distilled anyway and what was left was still quite sweet so just added another 6 kg of dextrose a cup of tomatoe paste a squized lemon and a pkt of still spirits yeast ,,It went quite well and the SG is down to 990 but there is still quite a bit of tomato paste scumm on the surface ??whats the go do i leave it till it drops {its been fermenting for 2 weeks ]or do i filter it and leave for a couple more days to clear ?or do i distill it how it is ??any advice would be muchly apreciated
