I can take off at drops per minute from a VM.

I'm not going to invest any effort into defending that theory. It's just my way of rationalizing the often-touted idea that LM is so great at compressing heads.

The only advantage I have ever seen for an LM is you only have to build one condenser.

And even then, that second condenser might seem pretty cheap if you put any value on your time spent stillin'.

So correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like a 1x1x1 is the best route to go with a 2" column and head? I swear I am going to get this right at some point. It sounds like the smaller diameter speeds up vapor speed (which sounds like a good thing) and having the tee all the same diameter splits the vapor evenly (which sounds like a good thing as well).
