Welcome Linda.

Lots of info here on the forum. Relax and settle in and read a while.

The Tried & True recipe forum has many tested and proven recipes to look at. And the Recipe Development forum too. Also the Flavoring & Aging forum has a lot of tips too.

The Cranky Spoon Feed link in my signature addresses many of the basic questions too.

Be safe. Be responsible. And be discrete.

Is that like Shelton in the PNW? There is a great book that I use called "HOMEMADE Liqueurs and Infused Spirits" by a chef named Andrew Schloss. So if your looking and using food with spirits you will probably find a lot of useful information here!

Greetings Linda..

We have a few female distillers in here, but they are rare.
Please take a look at the spoonfeed link in my signature, it's a good start to learn some basics about your new hobby.
What kind of product do you want to end up with..?

Have fun and stay safe
