Hi,
I am a NYC-based wine and spirits journalist. I am also a Master of Wine candidate, and through the course of my studies, I discovered the thrills of Jamaican-style, high ester rum. I'd love to learn to distill, but living in NYC, I don't have a lot of room or legal means to do it:)
I write for various magazines, and one of them, PunchDrink.com would like me to write an article on home rum distillers using dunder.
I will post a call to rum distillers in a separate forum, but feel free to reach out here if this applies to you.
