Peach shine
Just finished steeping 35 lbs of peaches. Removing pits, and boiling 2 1/2 lbs dark brown sugar, and 20 lbs regular sugar. Should make a good 20 gal ferment. Waiting for it to cool so I can add 28 grams ec1118. Will let that work for a week before adding some distillers yeast. We will see how that goes.
