Hawaiian Ribeyes

HAWAIIAN RIBEYE

2 lg or 4 med/small ribeye steaks
1 3/4 cup soy sauce
3 cups sugar
6 oz. apple cider vinegar
6 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons ginger

Put all ingredients (except steaks) in a double boiler and cook 15 minutes. Put steaks in marinate for 2-3 days in fridge then grill until done. Grill pineapple rings with steaks and place on top.

This would be good with venison back steaks! I'd love it, the misses not so much. She hates sweets on meats.
