HAWAIIAN RIBEYE
2 lg or 4 med/small ribeye steaks
1 3/4 cup soy sauce
3 cups sugar
6 oz. apple cider vinegar
6 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons ginger
Put all ingredients (except steaks) in a double boiler and cook 15 minutes. Put steaks in marinate for 2-3 days in fridge then grill until done. Grill pineapple rings with steaks and place on top.
