Storage question

Post by bobnr32 »

I have 2 oak (10l) barrels filled with rakia in my shed at the moment. Is it better to leave them outside in the Bulgarian winter (up to -20C), or move them inside?

I have no experience with barrels but I'd move them both inside just to be safe.
