Scottish single malts are 100% peated barley. The differences between one and the next are in the barley variety and level of peat smoke, measured in phenols, which is a result of the process used (100% peat fuel or blended with coal etc). The island of Islay is known to have the smokiest of the Scotches commercially available. I got one of those "Because you bout ( insert thing here ) you might like" emails from amazon the other day. It had controller parts and try clamps and such but the last thing on the list was a one pound package of DADY. I think homeland security could benefit from amazons system.

The only problem is see is you have to figure what to use the liquor cabinet for. My solution would be to keep the cheap bonded likker in it for guests you don't care for.

If ur using trash cans to ferment, put em up high before filling them if you plan to siphon when you rack.

I have used co2 to help age and bottle! I have recently acquired a 6 tap with ice cooler ball lock coke dispenser. I plan to keep several on tap like brewskies. Is this wrong? Well, have you ever tried carbonated whiskey? It's different!

Jb I gave up on a cabinet. I got bottles, jugs and jars everywhere. Speed out the wealth and you won't realize how far ahead your gettin. Hoping that buy the end of the year I got 3 gallons of malted corn, wheat and rye tucked in the barn for a good nap

I've never even bought yeast on Amazon, just controller parts and tri-clamps They put that together to come up with the DADY recomendation. Maybe it's a good thing for us those programmers work for Amazon rather than someone else because they know what all of us are up to Forget big brother Big A is watching.

Just to be clear, you don't have to even buy something. Just searching and looking at items influences your suggestions.

Glad to hear it wasn't a pickin' finger. At least with the knee, you have an excuse to have your wife fetch beers for you. Take advantage of THAT while you can.
