Hello,
in austria/germany there is smth called obstler. A schnapps made of a mixture from fruits like Apple, pear, plum and so on....
I want to make smth like this but exotic.
It should be about 8liters for a experimental try.
I was thinking about pineapple, Scharon, banana, leechy maybe coconut(altho its oily)
What do you think guys? How much from what? Any experience?
