Hello out there . Trying to find out what's wrong with my ma

Got a cranberry/grape based mash that is at wine stage right now , about 17 , but when I put a couple gallons thru it turns out very low alcohol .

I mean to say, you know what is going on but we have no idea. It is very difficult to shoot a problem when we don't know what it is.

Welcome to the forum. If your problem has a logical solution, the good folks here will help you get it figured out. Just give them all the information you can. Someone, or most likely a consensus, will be able to help you.

I had my medical evaluation ready to go not wanting your Ma to go undiagnosed! Gotta love Mamas! We can help her too, as well as a mash!
