Welcome Lazarus,
Glad you joined us. UJSSM is a great recipe to start with. Have run many of those and just racked up another 20 ltr barrel to age for a while.

He meant are you using gas or electric to heat the still.

Make sure you disable the thermostat on that urn - otherwise your run will be smeared to high heaven. You want power control, not temperature control to make good product.
