Running an old mash

Post by yarnammurt »

I pulled off the grain to let the mash settle and ran into a problem on the still. Now all fixed how long can I let it sit and still be good to run? It smells like hard alcohol does not smell sour at all.

If your still is fixed....run it! Why ask how long you can "let it set"?
