kiwi question

I have 20lbs of frozen kiwis. How can I use the kiwis in a sugar wash? How many pounds per gallon? I'd like to use ten lbs per 5 gallon and use honey as the sugar. I have 22 lbs of honey I can use also. Im running a boka for this since I can run with fruit in wash. I'm wondering if 10lbs honey and kiwi per five gallon with some premier cuvee yeast would be good. I'd like to do three 3 gallon runs combine them and add backset and run again. Good idea? Or maybe some insight on a way to make an awesome taste. BTW the sugar in ten lbs honey and 10 lbs kiwi is about 15%abv per 5 gallon. Premier cuvee yeast is very neutral also. I'll run it fast no reflux or ss scrubbies for pot still like flavor.
