Hello everyone,
I´d like to thank you!
Followed your gin discussions. After some attempts I´m finally sipping on a decent Gin Tonic.
My still is a system of lab glassware …. tiny compared to what most of you use.
But I´m trying to make „my“ gin (perhaps some Genever or Geist). So that´s quite convenient for my purpose… I´m using neutral alcohol instead of mash. It´s pretty cool to reconfigure the whole setup within a few minutes.
Prost,
Andy

welcome!
Odin posted a recipe here for easy gin, lots of good comments on it. Maybe it will help you find your gin.

Tag as82 and welcome. I always wanted to have a glassware still... sort of like on the TV show MASH.
As far as gin goes...sorry... I am not a gin guy but I am sure if you stay tuned here and continue the reading you will find what you're looking for.
