Fermentation container
What is the best type of container to use for fermentation other than ss. Could i use a 45 gallon drum that was used for honey since it is coated with a food grade paint. I have read that even food grade plastic barrels are not good because the fermentation process can leach out chemicals ,is this true? Thank you in advance.
