I've tried searching for the answer but came up empty. Unless I just missed it...
Anyway I was wondering if putting flower paste on the lid of a pot would contaminate the wash in the pot? Like if pieces were to fall off in the pot? If so is there a way to prevent this?
Also, is there a set recipe for flower paste? Everything I've read has just said to mix flower and water and some said oil. But is there anyone who has a set recipe to use? When I tried using some today it seemed to have a hard time sticking to the pot. It also didn't get real hard like I've read it should. It would get kind... Crispy??
My pot leaks a little from the rivets in the handles... Is it alright to put caulking on the outside of them or would it be best use the flower paste?
